I practiced this movement “MedBall to bar” with a 20 lb wallball today and could not figure out an efficient way. Then when the 3..2..1.. GO happened and I had to do 10, this randomness came out! I challenge you to try this at your gym! What strategy are you going to use? Kipping? Double kip? Toes-2-bar? Pull-up?
